Return and Refund Policy

Without giving you prior notice, KeysWala retains the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to change, add, remove, update, or suspend these Terms of Service (or any portion thereof). Consequently, you recognize and agree that it is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms of Service.

KeysWala shall have the sole and exclusive right to terminate, stop, or remove the provision of the Service to you in the event that you violate any of these Terms of Service. If you violate this agreement, KeysWala retains the right to seek any remedy or relief, including but not limited to an injunction, damages, and/or specific performance, as allowed by law.

1. General Policy

All sales of digital product keys are considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns for products that have been successfully delivered and are confirmed to be in working condition. Refunds will only be considered under specific circumstances where the product key is proven to be defective.

2. Conditions for a Refund (Defective Key)

A refund or replacement will be provided if the product key you purchased from us is found to be non-functional, provided you report the issue within 7 days of the purchase date. A non-functional key is defined as a key that:

  • Is invalid or has already been used.
  • Is for a different product or version than what was advertised.
  • Fails to activate the software for reasons that are not caused by user error (e.g., incorrect version download, incompatible system, etc.).

3. Our Refund/Replacement Process

If you believe you have received a defective key, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Immediately contact our customer support team at support@keyswala.com or +91 9203362390.
  2. Provide Information: In your email, please include your order number, the product key you received, and a detailed description of the issue. A screenshot or photo of the error message received during activation is highly recommended as proof.
  3. Verification: Our technical team will verify the key’s status. We may require your cooperation in a short troubleshooting process to ensure the issue is not caused by user error.
  4. Resolution: Once the key is confirmed as defective, we will, at our discretion, we’ll provide a replacement key of the same product.

4. When a Refund Will NOT Be Issued

We cannot offer a refund or replacement for the following reasons:

  • Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind after the purchase.
  • Incorrect Purchase: You bought the wrong product or version by mistake (e.g., purchased a Windows Pro key instead of a Home key).
  • Incompatible System: Your device does not meet the minimum system requirements for the software.
  • Used or Redeemed Key: The key has been successfully activated and used.
  • Fraudulent Claims: The claim of a defective key cannot be validated or is found to be fraudulent.
